As part of your employment agreement with Storycatchers Theatre, you will be expected to attend individual case management on a weekly basis with Dan. What exactly does case management look like?
Case Management can be:
- Establishing goals
- Processing your emotions
- Scheduling needed appointments (medical, financial, legal, etc.)
- Creating structure for your life (making budgets, journaling, managing time, etc.)
Case Management is not:
- Your personal assistant
- Establishing goals for you
- Fixing problems
- Therapy
Case Management is driven by you. Think of it as if you are flying a plane. Your case manager is the co-pilot there to help you reach your destination, but you will always have full control. You set the agenda, the goals, and the direction.
